Hello - My name is Sandra, and I'm a Digital Art student at Bowling Green State University located in Ohio. I've also attended San Jose State University in California. I'm new to Polycount and 3D artwork as a whole, and hope to learn a lot through practice and critique. This sketchbook will follow my 3D exploration as well as concepts and ideations. My end goal is to become a prop/environment artist at Blizzard Entertainment.

My latest iteration of a "Great Feast" re-design. First final model created outside of class. My attempt was to make it appear at home in the latest World of Warcraft expansion, and to make the item look more edible.

I like it! Looks exactly like something my master chef orc hunter would be cooking up

if anything, might I suggest more leafy greens on the plate? I know those elves are always trying to watch their waistline

Starting a new project! This is for my Advanced 3D modeling course - I'm doing a small diorama of a korean-inspired shrine that could fit into world of warcraft as a Pandarian structure

I didn't like the "swamp monster" thing going on with the tree, so I'm going back and re-simplifying the whole thing.

So I lost my most recent file, and re-sculpted, which I think ended up working in my favor. Learning a little how to control edges with the flatten tool on advanced settings as well as the knife tool within mudbox. Debating switching over to zbrush for more customizable brushes, but I don't know a whole lot about it yet.
