Project: Akali

Hi everyone!!

I'm going with Akali for this contest. Looking forward to working on this character, as she is my favourite character in league. With the recent announcement of other "Project" characters just been released and wanting to work on hard surface characters. I put two and two together aand began this contest. Hope you enjoy the process. ^^

Playing with outfit ideas. Liking pieces from different designs so most likely going mesh them together into 1-3 designs.

Project:akali sounds awesome! This skin makes a lot of sense, I think it fits her a lot.
For the weapon, I think they need to have a bigger blade. Maybe use the Headhunter skins as a reference too?

Thanks glad you like the idea, Some more ideas for the Kama weapon, but having a hard time matching the perfect design for the theme :T

From the current project skins I think Katarina is the closest to Akali.

I agree, thanks for the reference.

Update for the design and feel for Akali. The weapon for now is just a place holder, but this is a design I've mesh together from the outfit ideas. Still got to do the design for back, thinking of mechanical spine, and a few energy indicators to help her stand out with the over head camera angles. Maybe she is to somewhat symmetrical? any ideas to break it up?

So though I was unable to submit in time, I have enjoyed the process none the less, just presenting a break down image of the character with a pose I worked on. looking forward to the next contest. All the best to who have submitted

The deadline for entries is January 31st, 2018 @ 23:59 PST (GMT -7)

Also narrow your torso / shoulders a bit!
