I'm still loving Watchdogs 2. I like open world games with lots of variety in objectives. My favorite was GTA V before that.
Varies a lot, I love story games and gameplay focused games in varying degrees in various moods.
Gameplay focused games:
Rocket League
Warframe
Middle ground
Divinity Original Sin 2
Story focused games
Witcher 3
Skyrim (It's been over 6 years, damn, I still haven't completed the Dragonborn DLC)

Felt the most heroic in Star Wars: Knight of the Old Republic
Mixing in between the PoE sessions I've been playing a lot of ARK, a game when it first came out in Early Access I thought was really boring and bad. Now I've picked it up and play it single-player or coop with a friend and it's very fun if you tweak the single-player settings right. Exploring and surviving, taming dinosaurs and shit. Now that the holiday is over and I'm back to work I don't know how much time I'll have to play it though, it's a real time sink!
Then I usually have a third game which I play shorter sessions to relax or when I'm waiting for something, right now those are :
-They are Billions, addictive and difficult strategy game
-ASTRONEER, super good run around and explore and build stuff. Made by our old admin Adam Bromell
-Opus Magnum, one of those problem-solving games where you build a machine that does alchemy
-Hearthstone
-Heroes of the Storm
I love build/explore type games, Terraria, Empyrion, 7 Days to Die, Starbound in particular. Something about that gameplay loop just snags me in.
Oh and Project Zomboid!
Prime 4 were announced and I'm very interested in the gimmicks planned for the switch.

Alot of Successors but never reached the originals.
My the most favourite one is Half Life 2, in my opinion it's the best games which had been ever made. I played it so many times and I dream about releasing third episode some day. They should end that amazing plot!
I also like GTA, Hitman and Alien VS Predator series, the last one from them was really good. BloodRayne is my favourite too, in my opinion it's one of the best ones in case of main female character. Chaser, Thief and Prey are good ones too.
I like some mmorgs too, especially Cabal, Shaiya and World of Warcraft. But I don't play them often because I don't like much that donating thing for such types of games.
And I adore virtual gambling, especially online casinos http://casinope.com/ and card games, it's a great fun for me too but I've never spent too much money on such games.
Mass Effect 1-3 will always be a special franchise to me, as well as Witcher 3.
Last but not least my favorite indi project for its unique feel: Banner Saga.
