Texture get wavy, after apply to mesh in 3dsMax

  Make sure the triangulation is the same.
  
  Trapezoid quads on really low-resolution meshes will cause big distortions to the texture. Only way to avoid is to paint on triangulated mesh (what you did), or add more geometry.

  But how do you tell painter to use same triangulation as Max dose without export triangulated?

  You don't, you simply export triangulated.
