[SP] Low poly only baking and AO artifact

Hi,
I am not sure if a subd high poly is required in my case, but when I only use low poly to bake AO, it result in some artifact along the chamfer, but only 2 out of 4 sides have such artifact. I am not sure what to make of it. I have tried tuning the options in SP but result hasn't improved for those chamfers.
Can someone explain to me why this is happening?

I got the feeling chamfer just doesn't bake well without a high poly. I have other non-chamfered low poly and they seem to bake just fine without high.
