3ds max 2017 File Browser Dialog won't open in some scenes

Never had this issue before, but there it is. File Browser Dialog in Render Setup window won't open in my scene.
Most of them don't open, Render Output selection and any Render Element output, as well as VRay or any other render-specific "Browse" buttons, they just don't work inside Render setup window.
Running under Win 10. If I create a new scene it works. If I merge old scene into the new empty scene - it work. If I save it and load this newly saved scene - it does not work again.
It's a really weird issue, any ideas how to solve it? I can't properly set render up without it =\ And having to merge scene each time, losing my render settings (because i can't save a preset, because Browse does not work! haha...) it a nightmare.

Turns out it was because of Camera name. I had a ":" symbol in camera name, using it to separate namespaces for my scripts, Maya-style. Turns out Max does not like this symbol. I had <camera/view> nside Name template in Render Output File dialog, and apparently it could not create a filename with : symbol or something like that.
