(Solved) Shifted Cylinder + Non-planar Quad

Hi,
I was creating a cylinder with a shifted top cap. But then realise doing so made the chamfer on bottom became non-planar.
Is this how people usually model a shifted cylinder (say, for a table leg)? Is non-planar in this case a problem?

My bottom cap quad should be on the same plane, why does the non-planar quad on chamfer affect the cap?
