Art outsourcing studios

Hello all!
I am looking to apply to Art outsourcing studio teams.
Once I make my research, I notice that most sites do not have a careers tab, should I push through and use the contact us form to ask, or assume they are simply not looking for artists right now?
Also, I have so little experience, might as well say zero, where can I find a list of smaller ones? (other than want you find when googling "game art outsourcing studios")

    Not sure if this helps but a friend of mine was working in a studios in Italy and 100% of the models were outsourced from a studio in Ukraine.  I think a lot of outsourcing companies are in countries like Poland,Ukraine ecc... where salaries are very low.
