Can't import fbx into marmoset

Hi,
I don't know what I am missing here, but i'm unable to import any fbx file into marmoset.
I try to drag and drop the fbx into the scene or to import it with the Import Model button but nothing happen
I try with different fbx file.
I uninstall and reinstall the software but still can't import the fbx.
The fbx are from 3ds max.
Do you guys have encountered this problem before ?

Now, I just try to import a model (MAT from the MeetMATc hallenge) that I was able to get in marmoset at my workstation. But I am unable to do so on my homestation.
Maybe my computer is part of the problem...
The problem was that there was a "è" character in the file path.
