Problem - 3ds max 2017 quad menu is very large

Anyone see this before and know how to fix it? The margins or something of the quad menu is crazy large and pushes the quad menu half way off the screen?

I figured it out, I was missing a plug-in item that was bound to the quad menu. Removing it fixed the issue <,< my bad
