Model and color mask do not fit

Hi, I made a model for omniknight and alchemist but in both cases the color mask do not fit with the model. As you can see in the pictures both models have the same colors in each model, those colors are different from the color mask. Any idea of what is the problem? In both cases color map, normal map, mask 1 and mask 2 are included.

(I have done a weapon for meepo and pudge and I did not have this problem.)

Show your texture maps or else nobody can help

in dota many heros use different or individuell shadersettings. getting a different result when uploading one item to 2 different heros can totaly result into what u just found.

Yes, i have forgot that some models do not use all shader settings (it worked with alchemis, thank you). However, for omniknight
-just for test- I uploaded my model and all the masks(color, normal, metalness, rim, selfIllum,spec, trans) that are own of the original model and the result is almost the same.

Does the model must have and specific configuration?
