Hey can i get some feedback on this. I'm aiming for it to be as photo realistic as possible. I have used 3ds max for the model mental ray for the render and Mari for texture. Any feedback is appreciated.

Its an ciagnik ursus tractor c385 mixed with couple of the same models.

Nice texturing. Love it ! details wise- The front part looks really flat, you night change the reference from red to yellow one!(only for front)

Model and textures are looking amazing! It wouldn't hurt to add a bit of perspective distortion to the camera, it'll make it look less like a toy and more like a machine giant.

Probably a bit late at this point, but your bevels really need to come through more (if you have any at all). You've got some really noticeable "hard" edges (those artificial, 3d-looking ones) on the rear fender and cabin. I dunno if it would be possible to revisit your high poly and rebake your normals, but it's something to keep in mind for future models anyway.

Another thing you could do is introduce some variation in your gloss, especially on your paint. There's a very clean highlight on the fender in the last picture you posted, while in real life, a dirty tractor like this one would have a ton of gloss variation. The packs of rough dirt that collect on the paint shouldn't be glossy, and even the "clean" parts of the tractor body would exhibit some minor gloss variation, from dried dust and water runoff. (This is separate from your diffuse, and something that might only be visible in the gloss/reflections).

On a different note, I really like how you've handled the deposits of dirt on the tractor. It's the most photorealistic part, imo.
