I`ve decided to create my first 3D real-time character, after Hong SoonSang concept.

Hey Pityku, looks like a great start! I think you've done a really nice job capturing the essence of the character already. I think you could make the model a bit stronger if you had some fun pushing some elements that will accentuate the silhouette even more. Just subtle things like making the folds read more in the silhouette, or making the collar of the shirt stand out a bit more. Hopefully this helps.
Also, not sure if you're familiar with this already, but if you press "v" in zbrush it will flip the colors of your material and you can look at your silhouette a bit easier.

Hey this is really cool so far !
I like that you started simple and you are focusing on blocking in stuff and the proportions. Most beginners jump straight into detailing without focusing on the foundation.
I`m looking forward to see this textured

Very nice man. The back of the head, the hair is a bit flat , would be cool to add a slope to it just a bit to echo the roundness of the head ? Looking sweet so far, good luck with it

Cloth can take some time to get looking really good, but you're going in the right direction! Just keep looking at reference.

Well done! Very clean model so far. This might just be me but I feel his neck seems very long. I also might suggest adjusting the fingers because they jut back in a strange way. It's coming along well though

If you're wanting to stick to the concept and go for a more pixar/disney style look, don't bother putting that many wrinkles on his leather jerkin. I think the way you had it in your first sculpt looked better, the folds were thick and stylized.

Whoa, looking great @Pityku! Love the expression and that hair. The only thing standing out to me is the beard/mustache. Just doesn't seem to be reading as well as the hair and the eyebrows to me. I think approaching it similar to the way you did the eybrows might look nice. Something sort of like this guy maybe?
Anyways, really excited to see you get to the texturing!

the cloth work around the knees are my favorite! looking great, i would definitely refine the face details and eliminate some of the unnecessary details.

I want to learn as much as I can by doing stuff manually without relying on automated texturing software for the time being.
So for my first character I have decided to learn the hard way, doing the texture In Photoshop

Hey man, looking great! I really like the look of the leather so far. I'm not sure how close you want to stay to concept, but the metal on the chest buckle seems cleaner and brighter compared to what you have at the moment.

Face is feeling much more resolved awesome job! Also the leather feels really good, you may want to tone down the damaged leather towards the middle of the jacket and keep it in the areas that would receive a lot of contact.

Lovely work! I love the angle of the top of the boot, it makes it look like the legs are leaning back and that they're really small compared to the body, which works very well for this style of character!

Looks great indeed! new beard/hair looks awesome aswell. but the shape of the mustache is a bit of, I miss the pointy shape of the old one, it matched the concept better.

Really liking the progress on this piece and the interpretation of the concept.
Two things I'd take a look at are the moustache which looks weird (the two parts are very far from each other) and the folds on the knees which could use some more stylization in order to read better (understand: less folds, bigger folds).

Looking great! Don't forget to show a bit of love to the hair parting- at the moment, the hair transitions all the way through. Instead of adding a flesh tone to the middle, maybe go with a deep shadow to give the illusion of a hair parting?

I know its probably too late to really change proportions but there are some pretty huge structural shapes like the cheekbones, planes of the nose in the original concept which add a ton to the overall feeling of the character and also just makes it more visually interesting. I can tell you're going for a more stylised-realistic kinda take on the concept which is awesome, but if you intended to be closer to the concept than where you are now, trying to really nail the planes of the face will help get a similar style, just food for thought. Love the dude overall though, really impressive texturing on the clothes for sure!

and while I was there I ended up remaking the beard and adding more variation to the skin
@Snakes It's a bit late, it's true

but it's a very good advice that I will keep in mind in the future, I have rushed the sculpting part a bit because I was eager to get to the texturing for the first time. There are a few more things that I would have changed also, I will be more careful on the next one

This is coming along great! The materials are looking really cool, though the hair feels kinda flat to me. Some more anisotropic highlights would help a lot.

Looking good!
I noticed the jacket and boots have very similar materials/colors. in the concept they look a little less alike. maybe look into breaking up the materials a bit more. another example of this would be the strap for the sword and the belt for the hips and leg.

since your going for a pretty realistic surfacing look I think it would really benefit with some more material variation.

Looks great! A couple of thoughts before you move on. Overall the character is a bit desaturated and very similar in value. I think it would pushed the saturation more in the colored areas the reds, golds, greens, and skin. Also giving the character a gradient would help ground him a lot more. Some of this might be because of the lighting. Here is a quick paint over:
