Learning tools?

I'm not sure if I am posting in the right area, new here. I apologize if I'm posting in the wrong area.

I am trying to self teach my self game art and design. I am trying to learn Blender and trying to find some good site to teach me how to master it as well as PS. I tried CG cooking for Blender but didn't quite like the flow of it. I am mostly interested in environments but am wanting to learn a bit of everything.

Any tips or advice would be greatly appreciated

Are you looking specifically for Blender learning resources, or for game art resources?

A great way to learn 3D game art is to start a thread here on Polycount in the 3D section, and update it regularly with your progress, asking for feedback.

Get involved in the community, offering feedback to others, and you in turn will receive input on your own work.

Whether you're looking for Blender specific training, fundamentals of 3D art, or art in general, I'd recommend Blender Guru. It's not gamedev related, but you can learn plenty of useful things there. This is how I got into Blender a couple of years ago.
