Modular level design dimension

What would you consider the standard for wall, ceiling and floor dimensions? Right now my wall is 100cmx200cm and my floor is 100cmx100cm and it seems to be too small. Should I build a bigger wall and keep the small one to fill the gaps?

Situational I guess. If its for a house, why not measure your walls IRL?

Generally speaking though for house type interiors my walls are 240-300cm in height

300x300x300 cube as base is technically the closest to real life but can look like dwarf homes depending on camera angle and fov. 400x400x400 works best imo but there isnt a simple answer what will work best for your project. You have to experiment.
Tip: get some small props in early before you decide on your final dimensions because naked walls can be very very deceiving.
