Spaceship Texturing

I want to do a texturing in this model but i don't know how i texture some parts where i use normal mapping detail.Can anyone tell me is this a good model. its my first time making spaceship. I am always confused when it comes to texturing like how many maps i create for one model besides normal, specular and Diffuse map.

If your learning I would not worry about if it is a good model. Just go through the process and get all the learnings you can. What maps to use? What do you need to make it look awesome? Those 3 maps already give you enough to make it look cool. Is it for rendering, game engine?

It is better to make 100 models, learning on the way, making mistakes, most will look bad but the more you make them the better they look. then worry about making 1 super awesome models ending up with nothing because you worry too much. So for now, use this model to learn from, do another 10. and then with everything you have learned. see if you can make 1 epic awesome piece!

Thanks for your reply I really appreciate it, but how i texture the normal area part and i make some others model too like cars but i am always stuck in the texturing part.

Photoshop and i create normal map in quixel.I saw your portfolio your diffuse map looks very good compared to mine.It looks like 3D, i mean more realistic.How i create that kind of diffuse map.

dDo should be able to make all the base texture maps you need. Have you tried using that?

You bought the Quixel Suite, if I'm not mistaken? If so, that should ahve come with dDo.

I recommend looking at this tutorial to understand how to use it.

@Sahil Bhardwaj Do you have an example of where you are stuck? Perhaps a quick demo of your process?
I don't think I fully understand where you are at or what part you mean.
