Hi all,
So I'm curious about internships at video game companies. I graduated from college 4 years ago, and I'm wondering, would I still be able to apply to internships at companies? When I look at some companies' websites they make it sound like they want people who are still in school. Is this true, or if someone who has been out of college for a couple of years or several years still be able to apply and get an internship?
Any feedback on this is greatly appreciated. Thank you!

ArenaNet internship, for instance, doesn't care if you're a student currently or not.
@Alemja, on the other hand, got it on her 3rd try, I believe.
I think you'd be wasting your time. You're 4 years out of uni. You should be getting paid as a post-graduate.
Not every company offers an internship, but for those that do the time out of school doesn't matter, it's your portfolio, or in the case of some company, an art test you have complete. You just have to be able to hit the quality they are looking for.
I think I would need to see a folio before I could tell you if you could get an internship 4 years out of education.
Some places don't require a recent academic background to get you in the door, others do, but if your folio is full of four year old art I doubt that anyone will offer you a place regardless of when you graduated.
