Ok, sorry for this noobie post, but I'm still very new on UVs, the confuse me a lot.
I should do a planar mapping and unfold most important things...? Just an automatic mapping?
This is designed for film use, so texture can be 4k or more.

Thanks :)

You're really giving off the vibe that you haven't even tried with a broad question like that. That said, yes automatic mapping would be a great starting place. Your geo looks clean and has repeated elements - Do they still exist as separate objects? Break this down into small tasks, just as you did when modeling it. Do the UVs for a single instance of each repeatable part, and use Transfer Attributes to copy the layouts to the similar ones.

As far as packing goes, I'd suggest using UDIM since you want to go high res. If you have any specific questions or troubles don't hesitate to ask; it's difficult to guess you know?

Set your hard edges where you want to UV seams to be.
Run a script that flattens based on those(LINK).
    Run unfold3d's unfold operation.
    Run unfold3d's packing.
    Cleanup as needed.
    Profit!

That's a nice one! I'll save it for future projects! Thanks! :)
