Learning anatomy again and could use some help

So I'm getting back into 3D modeling and I realize most of my work suffers greatly because I'm not great with anatomy so I just make things that sort of look right but always look off cause it's not quite there.

I'm hoping to start posting more to get more critiques instead of spinning my wheels and not actually learning anything. Thanks!

Study the face planes, to understand the angles of the face. Im by no means great at human anatomy but this has helped me understand the face

Also are u using dynamesh, if so try to keep low poly and really work on the forms on the face
