hey everbody.
some days ago i started with my skin for the contest and want to show you some first results.
i know there are A LOT of clean and minimal designed weapons in the workshop (red/white/black) in the style of the 70/80s scienes fiction movies but in my opinion they are common not clean enough. too much buttons / color areas etc. so i want to try my own skin in the style of 2001 which is from 1968 but i guess every good sci-fi (especially the 70/80s) was influenced by the film from kubrick.
so i hope i will achieve a nice result and start with some basic paint.
i create a little display with an interface and take photos of steel and aluminum textures.
i put some very decent orange highlights. i hopefully present some new results the next days
