custom button in 3dsmax

Hi I was makign a custom button , I went to customize toolbar, selected a desired action , assigned a key bombination and then in the toolbar I created a new buttjon and applied to the toolabr top , but it has no icon and is no selectable so I dragged in it the custom script for it , but doesn't apply the icon of script , right clicking on the button doesn't seem to allow any edit button appearence , how can I do to give the button a proper icon?
