Saw this yesterday, and was just blown away. A really great adventure film that had me feeling like a kid and enthralled the entire time. The CG is off the hook. this entire thing was filmed on a sound stage. about 2 seconds in i forgot that entirely. The casting is spot on and thankfully the kid is not annoying at all. Probably the best movie I have seen in a long time.

Christopher walken as king louie....awesome. Go see it!

The animals look so good in this film. So excited. Also pretty neat that they finally chose to cast a fitting person for the role. and not some Hollywood star. Hope this becomes a trend.

When I saw a trailer I was pretty amazed, and as I see, they made $103m in 5 days. Can't wait to see it

Just watched it, it was pretty, prettyyy, prettyyy, good. There were some shots that I thought the cg animals talking were animatronics, in a good way, cause it looked really good, also had very gorgeous environments!

I watched the 107 facts about the new Jungle Book movie on youtube, and wow was I amazed at all the detail they put into the movie. Can't wait to see it! Going this Sunday!

Really enjoyed the film, didnt think the story or pacing was particularly good, spectacular visuals of course but I find it jarring the way it sits in this uncanny space between realistic/gritty and childish/silly especially with the talking animals and songs.
