Zbrush move control handle?

Just saw this speed sculpt, and the guy was able to display control handles for the move brush.
How is this possible in zbrush? or did he use a plugin?

    This is the sub-d cage when in dynamic subdivision mode (hotkey D)

    thanks a lot for the reply, really appreciate it.
    Thought, even when in dynamic subdivision those handle bars still doesn't show up, why could that be?
    ( been checking out youtube videos of people using dynamic subdivision, some it shows right away others doesn't show at all )

    I think they only show up when the base level has a sharp enough angle between two polypons. If it's too low (under 60degrees maybe?) then it wont show up. Pull a vertex high enough with the move brush so that the angle becomes sharper and they will begin to appear.
