Can not make nice uvs on this bolt

  Select  everything, run a flatten mapping, stitch appropriate islands, run a relax, straighten appropriate island border edges, run a rescale elements, etc....
  
  This is a really basic unwrap. A step by step of exactly how to do this is of no benefit to you. You should learn the basics of unwrapping and put that knowledge to use. That would be much more beneficial to you in the long run.

  She makes the uv. But i don't get a nice bolt texture -.- 
  And i made everything like she did.
  And yes, this tutorial is for beginner.
