Solved: having the painting issue with ndo again where i cant paint on character

that issue of not being able to paint on the model again. so i open up a normal map in photoshop, i then open up ndo and convert that map to a ndo map, i then select the multinormal and then select the ndo painter and when i paint on the model i can see the brush but the color does not show up...so ill close down 3DO and reopen it, its shows a cube instead of my model, so i then reimport the mesh through import tab(not sure if thats the right way, it doesnt feel right) and i then try to paint on it again but nothing happens.
