When i load my mesh (OBJ) and Baked normal map (PNG) into the NDO project creator and select 'Create new Project' all i get is my normal PNG on a locked background layer?

I've got a couple of other questions.

What version of Photoshop are you using? May I try out the normal map and see if I can replicate this issue?

I've taken one of my normals and converted it to *.PNG without a problem, so perhaps it could be something in the file itself. Taking a closer look would certainly be helpful!

I don't believe it's my normals or even my mesh as i've since tried multiple different combinations of both and even file types, results haven't changed. I've tried just using a simple Box mesh with some smoothing for the normal maps and still no luck.

I'm using Photoshop CC and i've tested using a older version of mine (CS6) which doesn't work either.
