In-progress: Quixel only crashed

I try the latest version but it only crashed after 50% if i add texture. This is very .....

I use Quixel 2.0.4 and Photoshop cs6.(Win7 64). I start Quixel and add my object and a the normal map. Than i take a cotton texture from the list and it load until 50% and crashed. I close Quixel but CS6 is still runing in the background. So i must kill CS6 in the task manager. Thats it.

Hello Red Hair, I´m the community staff that currently tries to take care of your problem! I just have some quick questions: do you have dual GPUs? For example a normal GPU and a Motherboard/CPU with integrated GPU chip? If so, make sure that SUITE/3Do uses the proper dedicated GPU, not the integrated chip. Another thing you should try is running SUITE as an admin. Also probably worth trying: does 3Do crashes with all textures/materials at 50%? Or does this only happen to specific ones?

Hello Jakobkeudel, i only have the gtx 760 inside and i start Quixel with admin rights. O.K. i will try some other textures the next days.

That would be very good! Another thing that would be worth trying: if you have time I'd invite you to our Quixel Hangout. That way we could share our screens and troubleshoot more efficiently.
