DDO 2.0 crashing when importing mesh

I recently finished moving house and I came online to see Quixel 2.0 was released. So I immediately downloaded it, the first thing I do is try to import a model I recently did and it immediately crashed. Obviously this is a big problem. Much help would be appreciated.

make sure the color id is not a PNG with an Alpha channel

And run as administrator for both photoshop and ddo.

I didn't import a colour ID this was just a .OBJ mesh that I was trying to import.

MurderzMedia, of course you can post it here but better to post it in Quixel subforums because staff will likely see it there and answer you faster.

Which OS you use — 32 or 64 bit?
Which 3D software were used? If Max, try this:
