Creating a texture atlas out of a large number of existing UV's

I've created about 20 models, each with their own texture maps, I was going to manually alter them all to fit on one single texture atlas and render it out at 4k, but.. I've already painted all the maps and it's going to be a nightmare scaling my UV's and lining up all my textures to those uv's on a new texture atlas.

Is there any programs plugins that might ease this problem? Maybe something that works in conjunction with your actual PNG's and the UV information on the models?
