hey I know this is basically what everyone tells whenever someone is doing characters but your anatomy is kinda off in the arms and in the face, but for that you just need a lot of practice to get it working and also try to get the model more clean and not clay like, if you look at the hair you can obviously tell it is made of clay. good luck
I know i have a lot to learn in the anatomy concern, but all i know i learn alone so it takes a bit bmore time, the cloths are no done, just the upper torso and not finished too.. i just do a bit of color to check some things, and the hair it my worst part of character modelling, i really dotn get it right xD.
