Ragged house Environment WIP

Decided to make an environment vignette so I grabbed a house that I found interesting by searching the streets in google street view.

The gradient is too much on each plank, it makes them feel rounded. I think if you sharpen each plank and reduce the gradient it would give a much better overall feel. Grabbing a quick but better view of a similar house from google might help!

I feel the stairs texture could really do with some work. Based of your reference, it's quite hard to see the texture, but there seems to be a lot going on with that particular texture. Otherwise, overall the rest looks good.

I also noticed you mentioned you're using UDK. Why not UE4? It's free and the lighting will look so much better!
