Hello all, I was curious to know if anyone knew of a good college to get a Master's in Animation or 3D art or Game Design.

Yes, I currently do some adjunct teaching on the side and I enjoy it. Most full time positions require a masters

SCAD might be a bit expensive if your future plans are teaching. Just was wondering what your end goal was.

I just wrapped up looking into this myself, and while all of us are in different places and have different goals, I have to say I honestly did not find a single MFA program that focused on games/3d art to be worth the time or money. If it's an option I would look towards Europe.

Why Europe? What institutions are there that you recommend over all others and how did you come to this conclusion?

Europe's education system doesn't place profit and endowment growth at a higher priority than a students education. Even having to pay non-EU resident tuition it is far cheaper to study in Europe than it is in the USA. In the US continues to rise, with little sign of slowing down.

There are a lot options in Europe, the program that stood out the most to me, and looked the most interesting for what I am looking for in a masters degree was the program at NHTV
If you are looking for a tenure track career at a University in the USA, this program may not be the best option for you.
