  The bottom right leg vertexes are not connected. I would post the diffuse map as well to get better feedback.

  When I squint at the model the textures seem flat. Adding top down lighting in texture and also some simple AO shadows could help. Also the pants get lost in the cape. Maybe the cape could be a different color or it could have a gradient of dirt, that could help separate the two.
