Hi guys this is my first post here and im just looking for some feed back on a character head that i done of ian mckellen:) id love some textureing feedback and some advice for doing his hair and what wuld be the best way to go about it thanks:):)

i like it but it does look a bit mask like due to the sharpness of some of your lines (esp lips) and the lack of good skin shader to soften some of the wrinkles
the ears too connected (almost webbed) at the top too
does anyone have any tips for the hair please
