You should give your thread a descriptive title and insert images into your post to make it as easy as possible for people to crit your stuff.
Apart from that your skull shape is not right yet. Get a model of a (female) skull and place it under your sculpt then make your sculpt half transparent to see what I mean. I would say the facial features lack structure, but dang, the ref model is so smooth it looks like its almost accurate! That is the trouble with glamour photography, it knocks out all the structure.
