Does anyone know how the Caesar 3 and Zeus / Emperor games sprites were made ? tech speeking, were they renders that were made into 2d ? or were they hand detailed all the way ?
Impressions Games has a special style when it comes to this, but i never saw anything on it.

If you're working on assets and trying to create a similar style, you should post your work for critique. This will allow others to give you ideas how to improve your work.
