There's a couple things I would adjust on the face. Soften the nostril lines going into the bulb. Also, soften the lower lips as they reach the corner of the mouth as they are never hard lines like that. You can mimic those lines with makeup in the texture but that would still probably go within the lip shape and not necessarily all the way at the edge of the lip tissue.

Thanks for the feedback and kind words everyone!
The lips had already been adjusted, along with some minor changes to the facial structure.
I just softened the nostril lines a bit as well, which indeed looks a lot more natural. So thank you!

To give you an update of what I've been doing,
the retopo is almost done. It's currently at 9K tris and I'm aiming to stay under 10K.
(Unwrapping and baking soon)

Alright, It's all been retopped, unwrapped and baked. Now for the hardest part: Texturing!
Currently sitting at 10K tris, but still have to duplicate the dagger once and part of the shoulderplate.

Daggers look pretty sexy but the rest need few improvements. First of all, armor needs some color variation (maybe blueish/purple tint like in the concept art). Moreover, the skin looks too gray and dark, lighten it a bit and use a little more saturated colors. And the last thing, lips look strange - lip corners seem to be too sharp and unnatural.
