Not surprising, Twitch is the 8th largest video site on the internet behind Youtube, Netflix, Vimeo, Yahoo, Hulu, and a few others. I wish Amazon wasn't all about closed ecosystems, otherwise I'd be really looking forward to what Amazon does with it. I have a feeling if Twitch ever gets too locked down, people will move quick.

I'm invested in the Amazon ecosystem and my brother works for them so my opinions are skewed. Like "woo yeah Amazon!" versus if Apple bought them I would be like "Apple is destroying everything good in the world."

We have a Amazon tablet, it's nice, and I like Prime video, but it's so closed and locked down compared to my Nexus phone, I can't use my Chrome Cast with the tablet, it has a more limited App Store, and the Prime Video app for Android doesn't work with ChromeCast and has more issues.
