Transparency map problem

I have a transparency map .. black and white
How am i supposed to use it on marmoset toolbag ?
I see the transparency tap and the three types but when i click on of them the mesh disappears

If you have a separate transparency map, load it in the transparency slot and uncheck the Use Albedo Alpha box.
There is a transparency slot in the skin diffuse channel but it didnt work
