Floating Island of the Potion Brewer WIP

I'm creating a 3D version of my concept from last year. It's for a course final project and the deadline is in a week so it will be an intensive week of modeling and texturing. The textures are still just blockouts, but I have to start working on them now. Probably I'll have to add the vehicle later if I don't have time for it now. All feedback is very welcome!

I really like the color saturation you've got right now. The wood beams, the roof and the second floor look pretty good, the first floor stone could use some more work it's looking a bit flat.

Thanks! Yeah I think I'll try to figure something else out for the stones, right now it's a flat texture with a couple of separate stones on top.

Something about that log pile bothers me too. It blends into a blob in the center I think is what's going on

It looks pretty great overall though! How many hours did it take to reach this stage?

I think I've used one day for texturing and 3-4 for modeling so far...

Next I'll work on texturing the bottles and tweaking stuff ^^

WIP With airship parts modeled, I used mostly the same textures, still have to detail the balloon texture more. I'm not sure what to do with the bottom parts since I like the chaotic look of the concept more.

Aaaaand more details. The bushes look a bit weird now because I rendered them with the light tracer. Not sure how to make them better. Now I'm trying to make some final touches to make it look believable and lived in.

I made renders in UE4. Not sure if I should still tweak something for my portfolio, but at least the exam is now done. ^^

This looks amazing.

One potential suggestion i could make is to try some specular on the air balloon. I only make this request because the material should reflect a bit more upon stretching the way it does. that should make it feel a little more believable.
