pls if you guys want to have critique provide some more information...
what do you want to do it which engine is it for
show wires, show maps and show different angles and your references

right now its just a sword with very rough unfinished texture
cannot tell anything about topology, which maps it used what materials
it should have, who used it, is it damaged a lot or new...

Are you not sculpting a higher resolution model before you get to textures? I have a feeling your sword could really pop out and be awesome with the hilt wrapped with leather, and the blade having the small indents and wear of a used gladius.

Right now, it's not going to pass for either. Look at Racer's sword tutorial to get a better idea on how to texture.

You'll also want to gather more references or double check them. I'm looking at pictures of a roman gladius and yours right now has different proportions.

Go back to the drawing board buddy, it's a good attempt but you've fallen short even before the texturing. Model a nice subd sword, then bake it down to a low-poly with various maps. You'll have far more to work with when texturing. Right now it's not even mediocre, I wouldn't even begin starting on PBR before you've sorted out everything else.
