My what big eyes you have!

Looks pretty solid, given the art direction. Any reason for the size of the eyes?

Wanted them to be expressive, but all my friends think it looks silly. so I need to go back and just.. give it pupils maybe? xD Not sure.

honestly it'd look fine eyeless! Also I'd say to keep the LOD consistent size up the teeth or remove them

I just thought the eyes should be triangle up instead of pointing down...

Not sure about the triangle shading on the upper tail and upper front legs. It's supposed to polygonal, but you're losing some of the shape definition of your art style.

I'm not sure what you mean by this. The image is 3d, with a light source that is applying the shading :P
