Hey all! Long time lurker first time poster here. I'm currently working on a Turtle Warrior sculpt and I would love some CC or any help in general. I will be uploading more pics and updates as I go along. Thanks all!

Good idea! I should probably also clarify that he is in fact a tortoise despite what the title says, sorry for the confusion haha. Here is what I am going off of.

Once I get the spiky/scaly detail on him I really think hes going to pop.

I think you need to tweak the proportions for the arms and legs. They look a little off. But great work for your first post. I am excited to see the finished project.

I like the style you're going with for the character right now. My comments would be that the face is very flat right now from a side angle and your sculpt is looking very soft. I think if would do a lot for you to harden up your edges/surfaces.

Nice kirkos! Were in the same boat here haha. And thanks Mrfido and nickcomeau for the feedback. I agree with the proportions and I'll work on them next. I agree with the flat face comment as well. I think once I start detailing him the softness will fade.

Quick update, retopologized the armor as well as the pointy shell part on his back. Preparing the model for detailing. Still messing around with his face and arms/legs.

I still feel like his face is a little off. It not protruding out enough to me.

Do you think his neck needs to be elongated? I am going for a more stylized beefy look. I don't think a longer neck would really fit. Also another update. Started detailing the shell. Not done yet but getting there.
