Male Head Sculpt - all out crits

Hey,
it's my first head sculpt and I need some advice from you pros out there. I'm still not in a detailed stage, so I should be able to switch things around.
Any thoughts & suggestions are welcome!

The face front on doesn't look too bad although, the neck seems slightly thin and the side is quite squished.
Cannot stress it enough, use lots of reference

I tried to include all your suggestions. You are right about the back of the skull, I new something was off, but I guess I looked at it for too long. I made a compromise between what I had and the reference you provided, as the person seems to have a really short skull and a long neck.
I also moved the lower nose and jaw forward and fiddled a bit with the eye lids, plus some things here and there.
what do you say?
But here is where I'm at now and where I will leave it for now. Spent quite some time on him. But when I come back, I will polypaint him and make him game ready.
