Cannot install Textools .

Hi everyone while installing textools i am getting error and it is telling me to install it manually i copied textools folder to
C:\Users\Adarsh\AppData\Local\Autodesk\3dsMax\2014 - 64bit\ENU\scripts
and icons to
C:\Users\Adarsh\AppData\Local\Autodesk\3dsMax\2014 - 64bit\ENU\usericons
and i drag the install max script to max and press quick install it again shows
the same error...i downloaded it in zip file..
i am using 3ds max 2014
