DDO Problem - only one material ( That shiny metallic material ) for all colors ID

So here is my maps

( Yeah only one color for the diffuse .. i have tried other colors too )

The "Shiny" effect usually happens when there is a problem with the input maps, could you try downloading a sample project from the wiki:

http://quixel.se/usermanual/quixelsuite/doku.php?id=ddo_samples

Just to see if that works, then we will know if there is an issue with the inputs of your project or the program istelf!

I found that when i run ddo as an administrator it works but it crashes ddo ( not skyshop ) , but when i dont it pops alot of asking for administrator rights windows and then get the shiny material

Do you mind posting the craschscreen? Also, have you tried one of the sample projects yet? would be great because then we can rule out problems with the inputs!
