WIP Stylized Asset from Eredan Concept

Hello world, this is my first post sharing work on polycount. I'm working on a stylized asset from an Eredan concept for this lovely potion-vial-creature. I plan to eventually lowpoly and texture this to further my learning on making game assets~

If anyone has any thoughts on how to better improve the shape or structure - I would be glad to hear ways to improve!

This looks really awesome thus far. The only things I suggest is is bring down the the long thorn closest to the teeth. Also the thorns on the sides could use a bit more clay and a few other little things in the image that I linked. Really cool though. Look forward to seeing it done.
