SOLVED: NDO/3Do open fine, but DDO is 'thinking...'?

Hi
Opening NDO and 3Do is working fine in CS6, no issues, but whenever I try to open DDO, the icon goes to the 'open' image, but no DDO appears. When I try to ALTTAB over to it, the icon says 'Thinking...' and nothing opens or changes.
I have used it on my PC when I had dual monitors but i'm temporarily on one, but nothing moves when you do the windows key move thing, so I don't think that has anything to do with it.
Any insights?

First of all make sure to run both the suite and PS as admin, that usually does the trick!
also make sure there are no antivirus keeping the suite from running properly.
