I feel that I have to make myself clear here I am looking for a Environmental Artist, not a 3d character artist, prop artist, animator . I do not need any of these people those jobs are fill thanks.

Thanks for the clarification.. So all 3D and reference material will be provided and you are essentially looking for someone to setup the shaders, lighting and post processing correct for something that looks on par with this level of quality?
