  everything is coming off as really flat. The first ocean one has some depth but the forest one is really flat. Seems like you are trying to paint from your imagination, which is totally fine, but you need more material for your brain to pull from. Try painting real locations so you have that reference material right in front of your face.
  
  I would also say your colors need some work as they seem very muddy to me. This is something I am still working on so maybe some one else can be of more help..
  
  Above all just dont stop painting.
